Freedom Series
These works embody a form of freedom that is not calm or perfect, but raw and hard-won. The different layers, textures, and colours seem to collide, as if the painting reveals how freedom emerges from chaos, struggle, and movement.
Amid the dark and rough surfaces, bright colours continually break through, suggesting that freedom cannot be held back. The light accents create space to breathe, while the black represents obstacles and limitations. Loose lines and spontaneous splashes of paint reinforce a sense of independence. There is a constant interplay between restriction and openness, between holding on and breaking free. Nothing seems completely fixed; forms emerge and disappear again, giving the work an open, organic, and limitless quality.
Freedom is not portrayed as control or order, but as the courage to let go of rules and embrace change. The techniques, bold contrasts, and layered forms represent freedom as strength: the courage to choose, to move, and to express yourself. My work shows that freedom is not empty, but filled with energy, change, and growth.
